DATA DELETION PROTOCOL

In compliance with Meta Platform Policies and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), THRILL provides an explicit process for users to request the complete deletion of their account information and associated personal data.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION:
To initiate the deletion of your personal data collected by the THRILL website or mobile application, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to our data protection team at thrillcc@gmail.com.
• Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
• Provide the email address and/or mobile number associated with your account or orders to verify your identity.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
Once we receive and verify your request, our system will purge all of your personal identifier data (including email address, phone numbers, saved shipping addresses, and account history) from our database within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Please note that certain transaction logs (such as invoice records and financial tax reporting data) may be retained as required by Indian tax laws.
